Training on Human Resources and Compliance

On September 17, 2025, the Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) organized a full-day training in Erbil on human resources and compliance issues, with the participation of seven local organizations.

The training focused on labor laws, employment procedures, contract formulation, and ensuring workers’ rights. NPA provided practical guidance to enhance transparency and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

The Justice Network for Prisoners  (JNP) participated in this training, represented by Ms. Hawre Dilshad Qasim.

نظّمت منظمة مساعدات الشعب النرويجية (NPA) في أربيل بتاريخ 17 أيلول/سبتمبر 2025 تدريباً ليوم كامل حول قضايا الموارد البشرية والامتثال، بمشاركة سبع منظمات محلية.

ركز التدريب على قوانين العمل، إجراءات التوظيف، صياغة العقود، وضمان حقوق العاملين، وقدمت NPA إرشادات عملية لتعزيز الشفافية والالتزام بالمعايير القانونية والأخلاقية.
