Training on Human Resources and Compliance

On September 17, 2025, the Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) organized a full-day training in Erbil on human resources and compliance issues, with the participation of seven local organizations.

The training focused on labor laws, recruitment procedures, contract drafting, and ensuring workers’ rights. NPA provided practical guidance to enhance transparency and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

The Justice Network for Prisoners (JNP), represented by Ms. Havre Delşad Qasim, participated in this training.
