“Institutional Development Program: Field Visits for Quality Assurance and Capacity Building”

The People’s Aid Organization, in cooperation with  Justice Network for the Prisoners’ , conducted evaluation visits to three organizations in the Kurdistan Region during August 2025. The visits included the Rosa Organization for Women and Environmental Protection on August 3, the Khursk Organization for Environmental Preservation on August 4, and finally the Investigator  Organization for the Rule of Law on August 7.

Led by the People’s Aid Organization with the participation of Hawre Delshad, a representative of the Justice Network, the visits aimed to assess the performance of these organizations in various aspects, including management, funding, and programs. The results revealed varying levels of performance among the organizations, with some demonstrating strong administrative and financial capabilities, while others required improvements.

This initiative was part of broader efforts to enhance transparency and improve the efficiency of civil society organizations in Iraq. The People’s Aid Organization, along with its partners, is working to develop the performance of these organizations in accordance with professional standards.

“برنامج التطوير المؤسسي: زيارات ميدانية لضمان الجودة وبناء القدرات”

قامت منظمة النجدة الشعبية بالتعاون مع شبكة العدالة للسجناء بتنفيذ زيارات تقييمية لثلاث منظمات في إقليم كردستان خلال آب 2025. حيث زارت منظمة روزا لحماية المرأة والبيئة في 3 آب، ثم منظمة خورسك للحفاظ على البيئة في 4 آب، وأخيراً منظمة المحقق لسيادة القانون في 7 آب.

هدفت الزيارات التي قادتها النجدة الشعبية بمشاركة ممثلة شبكة العدالة هه ورى دلشاد إلى تقييم أداء هذه المنظمات في عدة جوانب تشمل الإدارة والتمويل والبرامج. وأظهرت النتائج تفاوتاً في الأداء بين المنظمات، حيث تميزت بعضها بقدرات إدارية ومالية جيدة بينما تحتاج أخرى إلى تحسينات.

جاءت هذه المبادرة ضمن جهود تعزيز الشفافية ورفع كفاءة منظمات المجتمع المدني بالعراق، حيث تعمل النجدة الشعبية مع شركائها على تطوير أداء هذه المنظمات وفق المعايير المهنية
