An awareness seminar on human rights

Under the patronage of the Justice Network for Prisoners, funded by the Norwegian People’s Aid, and implemented by the Gusn Al Zaiton  Organization, an awareness seminar on human rights was held in the Ba’shiqah district of Nineveh Governorate on September 13th.

Participants, including youth from diverse backgrounds, discussed the concept of human rights in general and the rights of prisoners in particular. Relevant local and international laws were reviewed, with an emphasis on the necessity of their practical application to ensure human dignity and justice for all.

ناقش المشاركون، من الشباب ومن خلفيات متنوعة، مفهوم حقوق الإنسان بشكل عام وحقوق السجناء بشكل خاص. وتم استعراض القوانين المحلية والدولية ذات الصلة، مع التأكيد على ضرورة تطبيقها فعلياً لضمان كرامة الإنسان والعدالة للجميع.
