A visit by Al-Noor University Foundation to Diyala Central Prison

As part of the Justice Network for Prisoners project, funded by the Norwegian People’s Aid organization, Al-Noor University Foundation visited Diyala Central Prison on November 30, 2025. The visit aimed to understand the reality and rights of prisoners, discussing their conditions, infrastructure, and rehabilitation methods.
The new prison administration showed seriousness in development, and it was agreed to continue dialogue and cooperation to improve conditions.
