نظمت رابطة مدربي حقوق الإنسان بالتعاون مع منظمة النجدة الشعبية وبشراكة مع شبكة العدالة للسجناء بتمويل من قبل منظمة مساعدات الشعب النرويجي ، ورشة عمل وحملة مناصرة لدعم فكرة قانون العقوبات البديلة في إطار مشروع تعزيز حقوق السجناء في العراق. أقيمت الورشة في قاعة الحمراء بفندق منصور ميليا في بغداد، في تاريخ 9 نوفمبر 2023.
شارك في الورشة 60 شخصًا، من ضمنهم ممثلون عن الجهات الحكومية والقضائية ومجلس النواب، إلى جانب منظمات المجتمع المدني وأكاديميين متخصصين في ميدان القانون وحقوق الإنسان.
تعتبر هذه الحملة منصة حيوية لدعم تمرير قانون العقوبات البديلة، وقد تمت إدارتها بفاعلية من قبل رابطة مدربي حقوق الإنسان. إن هذا النشاط يعكس التزامنا بتعزيز حقوق السجناء وتحقيق التغيير الإيجابي في المجتمع
The Human Rights Trainers Association, in collaboration with the People’s Aid Organization and in partnership with the Justice Network for Prisoners funded by the Norwegian People’s Aid organization, organized a workshop and advocacy campaign to support the idea of alternative punishment law within the project to enhance the rights of prisoners in Iraq. The workshop took place in the Red Hall of Mansour Meliá Hotel in Baghdad on November 9, 2023.
Sixty individuals participated in the workshop, including representatives from government, judiciary, and the parliament, in addition to civil society organizations and academic experts in the fields of law and human rights.
This campaign serves as a vital platform to support the passage of the alternative punishment law, effectively managed by the Human Rights Trainers Association. This activity reflects our commitment to enhancing the rights of prisoners and achieving positive change in society
