في الخامس عشر من مارس ٢٠٢٤، قام فريق رابطة مدربي حقوق الإنسان في بغداد، المكون من السادة سعد فتح الله ومحمد الربيعي، والسيدة منال يوسف، بعقد اجتماع إلكتروني عبر منصة واتساب بحضور رئيس الجمعية الساعة عشرة مساءً حتى الحادية عشر مساءً يوم الثلاثاء لمناقشة كيفية تنفيذ أنشطة المشروع لتعزيز حقوق السجناء في محافظة بغداد، وتحديد آلياتها، والتي تتضمن زيارات ميدانية للأطراف ذات الصلة وتشريع قانون العقوبات البديلة في مجلس النواب العراقي، والذي يتألف من لجان القانون وحقوق الإنسان، ووزارة العدل، والهيئة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان في العراق. واتفق الفريق على توزيع المهام على النحو التالي: أولاً – تكليف السيد سعد فتح الله بكتابة ورقة تشرح قيمة مشروع القانون المتعلق بالعقوبات البديلة وتسريع تشريعه. ثانياً – تم تكليف السيد محمد الربيعي والسيدة منال يوسف بالتوجه رسمياً إلى الجهات المعنية لغرض الحصول على الموافقات لإجراء الزيارات الميدانية.
On March 15, 2024, the Baghdad TLHR team, consisting of Messrs. Saad Fathallah, Muhammad al-Rubaie, and Ms. Manal Youssef, held an electronic meeting via the WhatsApp platform in the presence of the president of the association at 10 to 11 p.m. on Tuesday to discuss how to implement the activities of the project to enhance the rights of prisoners in the governorate. Baghdad and defining its mechanisms, consisting of field visits to relevant parties and the jurisdiction to legislate the Alternative Penal Code in the Iraqi Council of Representatives, which consists of the Legal and Human Rights Committees, the Ministry of Justice, and the Human Rights Commission in Iraq. The team agreed to distribute the tasks as follows: First – Assigning Mr. Saad Fathallah to write a paper explaining the value of the draft law on alternative penalties and accelerating its legislation Secondly – Mr. Muhammad Al-Rubaie and Ms. Manal Youssef were assigned to formally approach the concerned authorities for the purpose of obtaining approvals to carry out field visits
