First collaboration between Justice for Prisoners and Doctors Without Borders: 130 kits for the Women’s and Juveniles’ Reformatory in Duhok

The Prison Justice Network (JNP), with cooperation and support from Médecins Sans Frontières  (MSF), and in coordination with the General Directorate of Corrections in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, carried out on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, a non-food items distribution campaign at the Women’s and Juveniles’ Reformatory in Duhok Governorate, as part of efforts aimed at improving the living conditions of inmates in Reformotories.

The campaign included the distribution of 130 mattresses and 130 blankets to the benefiting female and juvenile inmates, with the aim of meeting some of their basic needs and contributing to improving their living conditions.

This campaign comes within the framework of cooperation and coordination between Justice Network the Prisonores, Médecins Sans Frontières, and the relevant authorities in the Kurdistan Region, to support the rights of inmates in Reformotories and enhance their living and humanitarian conditions.

شبكة العدالة للسجناء بالتعاون مع منظمة أطباء بلا حدود وبالتنسيق مع المديرية العامة للإصلاحيات في إقليم كوردستان تنفذ حملة توزيع مواد غير غذائية في دهوك

نفذت *شبكة العدالة للسجناء (JNP)، بالتعاون والدعم من منظمة أطباء بلا حدود (MSF)، وبالتنسيق مع المديرية العامة للإصلاحيات في إقليم كوردستان العراق*، يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 15 أيلول 2026، حملة توزيع مواد غير غذائية في إصلاحية النساء والأحداث بمحافظة دهوك، وذلك في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى تحسين الظروف المعيشية لنزلاء المؤسسات الإصلاحية.

وشملت الحملة توزيع *130 فراشًا و130 بطانية* على النزيلات والأحداث المستفيدين، بهدف تلبية بعض احتياجاتهم الأساسية والمساهمة في تحسين ظروف إقامتهم.

وتأتي هذه الحملة ضمن جهود التعاون والتنسيق بين شبكة العدالة للسجناء ومنظمة أطباء بلا حدود والجهات المعنية في إقليم كوردستان، لدعم حقوق نزلاء المؤسسات الإصلاحية وتعزيز ظروفهم المعيشية والإنسانية.
