تقرير حول موضوع (مشاكل العودة الي جريمة) و الذي عرض في برنامج (نوفار) علي قناة (دهوك) المحلية في 10/9/2023 ساعة السابعة عصرا. قدم هذا البرنامج من قبل محقق قضائي و معالج نفسي, وتناولوا في هذا البرنامج حول تعريف الجريمة وانواعها وانواع الجرائم التي يعود اليها المجرمون اكثرمن مرة في محافظة دهوك و الاسباب الاجتماعية والنفسية التي تؤثر علي المجرمين وتؤدي بهم الي عودة الي الجريمة والعواقب القانونية والنفسية التي يتعرض اليها الشخص عندما يعود الي ارتكاب الجريمة اكثر من مرة, وفي نهاية قدم ضيفا البرنامج مقترحاتهما حول كيفية معالجة هذه المشكلة و التقليل من نسبتها في محافظة دهوك والتي تتمثل بتفعيل دور العائلة في تربية ابنائهم ومحاولة ايجاد حلول لمشاكلهم بشكل سلمي وكذلك انشاء مراكز علاج النفسي لتاهيل المحكومين والمجرمين السابقين لضمان عدم عودتهم لارتكاب الجرائم.
Problems of recidivism
A report on the topic (Problems of Recidivism), which was
presented in the program (Novar) on the local channel (Duhok)
on 10/9/2023 at seven in the afternoon. This program was
presented by a judicial investigator and a psychotherapist, and
they dealt in this program about the definition of crime, its
types, the types of crimes to which criminals return to more
than once in Duhok Governorate, the social and psychological
reasons that affect criminals and lead them to recidivism, and
the legal and psychological consequences that a person is
exposed to when he returns to commit the crime more than
once. At the end of the program, the two guests of the program
presented their suggestions on how to address this problem
and reduce its percentage in Dohuk Governorate, which is to
activate the role of the family in raising their children and try to
find solutions to their problems peacefully, as well as
establishing psychological treatment centers to rehabilitate
convicts and former criminals to ensure that they do not return
to commit crimes.
