Project Management Training

The Prisoners’ Justice Network organized a training course on project management on July 13, 2026. This training represented an advanced milestone in the network’s series of capacity-building programs, as it covered the concepts of the project management cycle—from planning and implementation through to monitoring and evaluation. The training also included tools for risk management, scheduling, and team management, with a special focus on practical applications in humanitarian contexts. It was attended by the executive office team alongside volunteers working in the humanitarian field. The training was distinguished by discussion sessions and interactive workshops that enabled participants to simulate real-world project management in the field, thereby strengthening their ability to lead projects efficiently and professionally.

نظمت شبكة العدالة للسجناء تدريباً حول إدارة المشاريع بتاريخ الثالث عشر من يوليو 2026، وقد شكّل هذا التدريب محطة متقدمة في سلسلة التدريبات التي تنفذها الشبكة، إذ تناول مفاهيم إدارة دورة المشروع بدءاً من التخطيط والتنفيذ وصولاً إلى المتابعة والتقييم، كما تضمن التدريب أدوات إدارة المخاطر والجداول الزمنية وفرق العمل، مع تركيز خاص على التطبيقات العملية في السياقات الإنسانية، وحضره فريق المكتب التنفيذي إلى جانب متطوعين في المجال الإنساني، وقد تميز التدريب بجلسات نقاشية وورش عمل تفاعلية مكّنت المشاركين من محاكاة واقع إدارة المشاريع في الميدان، مما عزز قدراتهم على قيادة المشاريع بكفاءة واحترافية
