The Prisoners’ Justice Network, in cooperation with the Popular Relief Organization, organized a training workshop via Zoom on April 8, 2025, focused on Human Resources Management, as part of the network’s annual plan for the year 2025.
The workshop was attended by members of the network from various local organizations and aimed to enhance employee performance and maximize productivity in alignment with the institution’s strategic goals.
The training emphasized the importance of effective human resources management to ensure that organizations possess the right talents, skills, and organizational culture necessary for success and sustainability.
دورة تدريبية حول إدارة الموارد البشرية ضمن الخطة السنوية لشبكة العدالة للسجناء
نظّمت شبكة العدالة للسجناء بالتعاون مع منظمة النجدة الشعبية دورة تدريبية عبر تطبيق “زووم” بتاريخ 8 نيسان 2025، حول إدارة الموارد البشرية، وذلك ضمن إطار الخطة السنوية للشبكة لعام 2025.
شارك في الدورة عدد من أعضاء الشبكة من مختلف المنظمات المحلية، وركّز التدريب على تعزيز أداء الموظف وزيادة إنتاجيته بما ينسجم مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة.
هدفت الدورة إلى التأكيد على أهمية إدارة الموارد البشرية الفعالة لضمان امتلاك المؤسسات الكفاءات، والمهارات، والثقافة التنظيمية المناسبة لتحقيق النجاح والاستدامة.
