Assessment of the conditions of inmates in Duhok Reformatory.

Under the patronage of the Justice Network for Prisoners  and with funding from the Norwegian People’s Aid, the Harikar organization conducted a field visit to the Zarka (Kabar) Reformatory in Duhok Governorate on October 30, 2025. The activity focused on conducting direct surveys with the inmates to assess their legal and living conditions. The visit proceeded successfully in cooperation with the reformatory’s administration, with full compliance with privacy standards.
