A participation in strategic management training

The Justice Network  for Prisoners  and member civil society organizations participated in an online training on “Strategic Management” on October 12th.

This training was implemented by the Popular Aid Organization in partnership with the NGO Department, as part of the capacity-building phase of the NGO Institutional Development Program.

The training focused on the senior management level, as it was specifically designated for heads of organizations or heads of administrative bodies. This aimed to ensure maximum benefit and the application of strategic concepts in the work of their organizations.
