Harikar Conducts Its First Visits in Duhok

On April 21, 2026, in cooperation with  Justice Network for  the Prisoners‘, Harikar Organization visited the Adult Reformatory Directorate facility in Duhok Governorate, as part of the activities of the “Enhancing Human Rights in Iraqi Prisons” project. The visit targets inmates in the aforementioned prison.
