عقد المكتب التنفيذي لشبكة عدالة السجناء اليوم 13 آذار 2024 اجتماعاً تنسيقياً مع UPP لبحث مشروع الشراكة المحتملة لتعزيز حقوق السجناء في مراكز الاحتجاز والاصلاحيات العراقية،
الغرض من الاجتماع هو استكشاف الطرق التي يمكن لمنظماتنا من خلالها العمل معًا بشكل أكثر فعالية لمعالجة الأهداف والتحديات المشتركة في مجال حقوق الإنسان في مراكز الاحتجاز العراقية. نظرًا لأن JNP وUPP لهما أهداف مماثلة وأن هناك إمكانات كبيرة للتعاون والتآزر.
خلال الاجتماع، اتفق الطرفان على أنه من خلال الاجتماع معًا لتبادل الأفكار والخبرات، يمكننا زيادة تأثيرنا الجماعي وتقديم خدمة أفضل للمجتمعات والسكان الذين نهدف إلى دعمهم. وتقرر عقد اجتماع داخلي ومن ثم الكشف عن النتيجة في اجتماعات أخرى..
The Executive Office of the Justice Network for Prisoners’ held a coordinating meeting with UPP today, March 13, 2024, to discuss a potential partnership project to enhance prisoner’s rights in Iraqi detention and rehabilitation centers.
The purpose of the meeting is to explore ways in which our organizations can work together more effectively to address common goals and challenges in the field of human rights in Iraqi detention centers. Given that JNP and UPP share similar objectives and there is great potential for collaboration and synergy.
During the meeting, both parties agreed that through coming together to exchange ideas and experiences, we can increase our collective impact and provide better service to the communities and populations we aim to support. It was decided to hold an internal meeting and then disclose the outcome in subsequent meetings.
