The activities of the third day of the health campaign were carried out by theustice Network for Prisoners’ J, through the Al-Risala Organization for Human Rights in Muthanna, funded by the Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA), and with the participation of various entities and volunteer teams. The activities included:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Consultative meeting:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0With the prison administration and participating teams to evaluate the activities of the previous two days, discuss challenges, and plan the action plan for the coming days, particularly regarding medical examinations and the provision of medicines and supplies.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Awareness session on violent extremism:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Delivered by Sheikh Dr. Qutayba al-Toubi, representative of the Sunni Endowment and member of the sub-committee on violent extremism, focusing on tolerance, peaceful coexistence, rejection of extremism and fanaticism, and encouraging reintegration into society.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Safety and first aid session:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Implemented by volunteers from the Iraqi Red Crescent Society, covering awareness of safety procedures and practical training on handling choking, bleeding, wounds, and first aid.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Sports and fitness session:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Conducted by a physical education teacher from the “Builders of Tomorrow” volunteer team, featuring practical exercises to maintain fitness and health, along with discussions on the possibility of rehabilitating the prison’s sports field.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Personal hygiene and hemorrhagic fever session:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Delivered by Dr. Saif and Dr. Ali from the “Builders of Tomorrow” volunteer team, covering personal hygiene, disease prevention, hemorrhagic fever, and food safety.<\/span><\/p>\n
