The visit aimed to assess the conditions within the institution and review its compliance with legal and humanitarian standards in the treatment of detainees.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">During the visit, the team met with a group of young detainees at the facility. Discussions focused on several important issues related to living conditions and the quality of services provided, particularly emphasizing health and rehabilitation aspects. The detainees shared their observations on the need to improve the center&#8217;s infrastructure and enhance the rehabilitation and recreational programs offered to them.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">From the visiting team&#8217;s side, emphasis was placed on strengthening cooperation with the institution&#8217;s administration to improve services and implement psychosocial support programs that contribute to the reintegration of this group into society. The administrative challenges faced during such visits, including official approval procedures, were also discussed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Under the patronage of the Iraqi Center for Humanitarian Activities and in collaboration with the Justice\u00a0 Network for Prisoners, it was agreed to follow up on this visit with additional visits to evaluate progress and support the
