Problems of recidivism<\/p>\n
A report on the topic (Problems of Recidivism), which was
\npresented in the program (Novar) on the local channel (Duhok)
\non 10\/9\/2023 at seven in the afternoon. This program was
\npresented by a judicial investigator and a psychotherapist, and
\nthey dealt in this program about the definition of crime, its
\ntypes, the types of crimes to which criminals return to more
\nthan once in Duhok Governorate, the social and psychological
\nreasons that affect criminals and lead them to recidivism, and
\nthe legal and psychological consequences that a person is
\nexposed to when he returns to commit the crime more than
\nonce. At the end of the program, the two guests of the program
\npresented their suggestions on how to address this problem
\nand reduce its percentage in Dohuk Governorate, which is to
\nactivate the role of the family in raising their children and try to
\nfind solutions to their problems peacefully, as well as
\nestablishing psychological treatment centers to rehabilitate
\nconvicts and former criminals to ensure that they do not return
